I was jogging the mile, 7am, this morning, and people, twice my age, were outrunning me, and then I ran off to St. Stephens to visit a friend, and then I got lost at a store, bought Dyer's Ice Cream, like I do, every day, and I am now at Powell's, awaiting farther instructions from my intuition.

Crunched through granola, with soy milk, again, did my podcasting projects, talked to my mom, by noon, I finished off the other half of my chocolate ice-cream, yuck, it was lusting my cells, I fell for such disgust, it hurts to fall to such scum.

At Whole Foods, skimming by Liz, I bought some chicken wrap & some vegetable Samosa, which had vegetables inside, of course, caked with basketball on top, playing with Ben & Samoa or something, it was my first time playing at that spot or anywhere downtown. WHile at the library, Katie finally called, no, it was actually Janet, wow. I am back at Powell's, the World's biggest bookstore. My fingers brittles bruises. Good thing my laptop was still here, hanging out next to a cute college girl who is heading off to California, that is nice, Linux is nice, she made some small talk with me, but then I disapeared for basketball without announcement, George Bush wants to gets journal a house in Oregon, really, she made small talk to the other guy with glasses, well, I did not care much, but I do, never mind all of this, this journal is focused on my diet with food, not my diet with girls, so, excuse, me as I suffer from a disease called, I am out of shape.

What is going on, I am spending so much money, EBT, food stamps, I am like a hot dog on a stick, I still eat late at night, with Dennis, room 523, where I live, I had three buritos, I am a pig, I am not drinking pop, at least, or not on purpose, when I can, except last night, Dennis was hospital, it was grape, or orange, but carbonated, I guess, that makes it soda, but at least I ate granola with soy milk, around ten in the morning, went down to the second floor to have more granola, served by two cute girls from the Giving Tree, with yogurt, banana.

As the library closed, around six in the evening, as I shivered towards a lady, do you want to talk to me, who are you with, tell me more, Green Peace, first, get a job, sure, put a coat on, ran through Powell's for the rest room, not literally, I was walking, bought a rice meal of some short, orange, & a banana, a black lady checked me out, get it, checked me out, am I that good looking, no, she was my checker, because somebody has to check me out, haha, no, really, EBT, thank you, want a bag, yes, stomped over to the park, no basketball, some family there, they may have looked at me with suspicion, am I just another homeless man, huh, talked to mom, Forest called, I am doing better, talked to Mike Kurtz about Saturday, 6pm, Watchmen, the movie, karaoke, alongside Janet Bailey. Mike said he would be one of my job references, as I plan on applying for Fred Meyer's, Fed Ex, etc, so, what does all of this have to do with food, stop being in a rush, that is the connection, stop swallowing bites of banana, true, Ed avoids potasium due to his 13% running liver, he needs to keep it in check, so don't check me out, you checkers out there, yeah, I like Chess more than Checkers, or even checker clothings, yuck, but check this out, Ed, the old man, has to keep things in check, that is like accountability, nice, I need some of that, eat slower, say my prayers, do not eat after 7pm, please.

I did the most amazing thing, this breezing morning, I jogged Lincoln's field, several blocks from me, bought a lemon as Liz was ordering for her own lunch break, at Whole Foods, I ate my whole lemon near a man selling Street Roots, and at that point, already ten in the morning, I glazed over to Powell's Books.

Anthony Robbins preached lifestyle diet, as I will call it, warning against excess fruit, sugar, acid, calling for a balance of 7.36, is that PH, I heard this on his CD that is burned to my laptop, last night, but mom disagreed, as I called her, as I was scanning the books at Powell's, disagreeing to the reasoning, to the details, since it is better to follow the laws of nature which includes fruit, unless if it is the isolation of it, if it neglects the rest, the balance. Eat more in the morning than in the night, as oppose to the Sumo-wrestler diet, but don't eat too much right when you awake. Drink more in the morning than in the night, but separate your drink from your meal. Add lemon or pineapple to your weekly slice of non-red meat to help digestion. Read recipes and consider why certain herbs or fruits are added to dinner meals, meats, salads, and such.

I confided to mom four elements to our biological makeup: light, water, air, food; we later figured supplement to those four (body systems): nervous, circulatory, respiratory, digestive; which I later added (ayurveda): vata, kapha, pitta; also, see Chinese herbalism: metal for lungs, earth for stomach, wood for liver, fire for heart, water for kidney.
